As a college, we are committed to caring for each individual student. Our aim is to provide a full student life, both intellectually and socially, in an atmosphere that is a ‘halfway house’ between school and higher education or employment.

Since first opening our doors in 1904, we have built up an excellent reputation for our educational standards and examination results. Every year a very high proportion of our students go on to higher education, with many securing places at Russell Group Universities and the top medical schools.

In addition to offering a high quality education, the College provides a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, in which you will be treated as a young adult with your own views and responsibilities.
